This powerful yet simple tray washing machine in India constructed entirely of stainless steel with process of Wash, Rinse and Hot air blow. Simply place dirty crates or bins on the conveyor of crate washing machine, the bins are moving on the Stainless steel Link conveyor and moves to Wash chamber, Rinse chamber & drying chamber then moves to unloading station. In our industrial tray washer high pressure spray with Vee-Jet nozzles is used to scour the surfaces of the bins outer & inner partition, stripping away imbedded soils. These spray nozzles are properly positioned jets from top bottom, left and right thoroughly cleans the Plastic bin all surfaces of the bins as it passes through the washing station. We use unique High Pressure Blower for drying during plastic bin clean, Which eliminates Compressed air blowing.
