The Aluminium Die Casting Parts Washing Machine is designed to offer rapid and effective cleaning for components with straightforward geometries. It accommodates batches of small parts loaded onto a basket or individual large parts placed on fixtures.
In the Rotary Table Spray Washers configuration, components are positioned on a rotating basket that is powered by a motor and gearbox system, operating at a controlled slow speed. As the basket turns, a solution comprising water and alkaline from the tank is pumped using a High Pressure pump into the wash chamber of the top-loading spray washer. This solution passes through inline filters and reaches multiple spray nozzles strategically positioned above, below, and around the rotary table. This arrangement ensures a comprehensive and thorough cleaning process, yielding superior results.
Once the cleaning process is completed, the solution drains back into the tank via a basket filter. To maintain optimal performance, a spray pressure indicator equipped with a Glycerine-filled pressure gauge monitors the line pressure. Furthermore, a low water level indicator and a digital temperature indicator cum controller are included on the control panel, ensuring ease of operation and accurate monitoring of the washing process.
