The Ultramax High-pressure Component Washing Machine is specifically designed for immersion washing using aqueous detergents. This innovative machine features the capability to perform chip removal through submerged spraying, utilizing a high-pressure and small-flow rate jet. Compared to low-pressure and large-flow rate submerged washing methods, the Submerged High-pressure Washing Machine excels in chip removal tasks. The water jet pressure ranges from 20 bar to 500 bar, depending on the component geometry requirements.
When the water jet is sprayed under water, it encounters resistance from the surrounding water, resulting in reduced jet power. However, this process creates cavitation between the jet and the surrounding water. The Submerged High-pressure Washing Machine leverages this cavitation to maximize its cleaning power, ensuring efficient and thorough washing of industrial components.
